Der Verein Bergische Sporttaucher e.V. ist ein Tauchverein für Bergisch Gladbach und Umgebung.
Gegründet wurde der Verein 1997 und erfreut sich durch sein vielfältiges Programm wachsender Beliebtheit.
Die Bergischen Sporttaucher e.V. (BST) sind Mitglied im Tauchsportverband NRW und somit im Verband Deutscher Sporttaucher (VDST), dem großen ideellen Tauchsportverband in Deutschland. Außerdem sind wir Mitglied im Stadtsportverband Bergisch Gladbach und im Kreissportbund.
Unser Angebot ist sehr vielfältig, es umfasst Apnoe, Schnuppertauchen, Gerätetauchen, regelmäßiges Training im Schwimmbad und natürlich im Freigewässer. Das Training ist aufgeteilt für Kinder / Jugendliche und Erwachsene und ist entsprechend der Leistungsniveaus ausgerichtet.
Die Tauchausbildung in Theorie und Praxis erfolgt durch unsere ehrenamtlich tätigen, erfahrenen CMAS / VDST Tauchlehrer nach Richtlinien und Standards des VDST / CMAS.
Tauchtreffs in heimischen Seen, Tagesfahrten und Vereinsfahrten, beispielsweise nach Ägypten oder an das Grevelinger Meer in Holland werden regelmäßig durchgeführt.
